Here’s my entry for today’s “Artstorm Contest #70 - Day 1 - Sports Week - Theme : Marathon Running.”
I can’t imagine running 20 miles in just a few hours, but there are athletes that can do it, which totally amazes me. I’ve never really liked to run, I much rather walk. My preferred exercise though is bike riding, there are many paved and cement bike trails here in Iowa to travel. There is a twelve mile one starting at a park in town, which goes to another small town, it’s a beautiful scenic ride through cornfields, and wooded areas. My husband and I love to go camping, bring our bikes and find new trails, it’s great fun!
