Let's Plays returning soon or at some point down the road

in #arturelia5 years ago

For a while now, we haven't been doing a lot of streaming lately, basically, doing Let's Plays on our Twitch and then putting them up on YouTube. The reason for this is due to time and other things we're working on. Such as for me, my original projects, my reviews, and top stuff. Along with that, my photography, and possibly doing new things for the channel, adding possibly new ideas that I want to do and even doing photography on there.

However, since I've lately been working on my channel a bit, going through my Let's Plays again, and fixing or trimming some videos. It does make me want to jump back in again. But there are some Let's Plays that weren't that well done or less talking. Some I do have to leave as is, but others I'm thinking on redoing again, but this time my sister will join in.

On top of that, I need a new computer to run my El Gato a bit better for stream, which is why we've been absent from doing Let's Plays. But now, I'm rethinking on jumping back on, but there will be some few things I will need to think through and schedule before doing it again.

SCHEDULING:

Ever since I revamped my schedule system, let's plays have been a difficult thing to figure out for scheduling. Due to the fact that I'm spread out everywhere. I schedule myself to work on my original projects, Photography, Reviews, and Top Stuff. (Which also includes study YouTube, Photography, and writing a good story) Even setting up when to publish things, premiere things, etc...On top of all that, have new ideas I want to do for the channel. And if that wasn't enough, even running a lot of pages, like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (Which I'm having issues with uploading automatically there) Tumblr, Minds.com, D.Tube, and Twitch. Including, my stock photography places. All in all, I have a lot I'm doing.

So when it comes to scheduling a let's play then editing it for upload, is a bit of a problem.

With so many things I'm doing at once is a rough thing, though if I were to guess, I could just stream anytime when I'm not working at my job, and build up a streaming library for a week or 2 weeks, then go on hiatus till the videos are up on YouTube, edited. This could work, but for streaming or when anyone could know when it will go live, would be alerted from YouTube, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, and other social media, except Instagram.

In truth, this could work, but it's something I will have to think about.

REDOING CERTAIN LET'S PLAYS:

While going through some of the past let's plays, I was for sure I would have to redo most of them. But I decided to leave most as is, and pick out the ones I think will need it. What I like that YouTube has is a trimmer which I trimmed out some things on our old let's plays that weren't great. (Though I wish they had a fade in and out option :-p) But I am looking at ones to redo again and delete the ones that weren't great, and replace them with a better video. In truth, it would be a lot better.

So when we return most of the let's plays we stream will be the ones we're redoing. And then onward to new games to stream.

GOING TO TRY AND STREAM ON YOUTUBE AS WELL AS TWITCH:

Back then when I started out, I used restream which streamed our let's plays on Hitbox (Which I don't think is working anymore, and I'm not using it anymore) and Twitch at once. When we finally do the streaming again, I will try using restream or something else to stream on YouTube and Twitch, that way, a bigger audience can join in on the fun, besides only one place.

WHEN WILL WE DO LET'S PLAY STREAMING AGAIN?:

As of now, I don't know. But I can guess some time late this year or early next year, cause I still need a new computer, and I will need to add some new idea for the let's plays on my schedule to work things out with my other stuff I'm doing. I can say, it shouldn't be too long. Until then, I will announce when we will return for some more fun streaming time with video games!
