Love this character now that I'm truly familarizing myself. Marv Wolfman should always be in the pantheon of comic writers.
First scanned file dated 4-15-2018. I finalized it maybe 2 days ago. Took me forever to get back to this and complete the cape/boots for some reason. So simple when I bothered working on it again! I just hope most viewers can tell her arms are crossed, rather than nonexistent. Constructive criticism, as always, is welcome.
Used a Strathmore artist trading card(3.5 x 2.5 inches,) which I now sort of regret as I didn't intend to give it away. Could've just drawn this in my sketchbook. Solely drawn with my .3mm 4H mechanical pencil(Alvin Draft/Matic.) This made her overall look a bit too light, but that's because I'm considering modifying this via Clip Studio Paint later.
she is my favourite!
Thanks for commenting and upvoting, @madalinabucur! Why is she your favorite? I finally have been reading comics with her in them lately and she's definitely one of my new favorites as well. Interested to hear what you like about her in general. 😺
Very nice artwork.

Thanks so much, @sweetjoy! anything in particular you like about it?
Yes the legs and their shape stood out first. Love the symetry. And the hair looks 3d ish and brought out realism.
Great job. Nice in black n white. Color would be spectacular. Kinda reminds me of sewing kit instructions models they draw or magazine sketches. Nice

Hey again! Wanted to thank you for the feedback here. I'm pretty sure I will color this one digitally fairly soon and post it. I'd been planning to, but your suggestion is encouraging. Glad to know my first full-body drawing of her is well-received here.
The sewing kit model comment isn't what I would expect, but it's interesting!
I'm glad you like her legs. They were the part I was really desperate not to ruin, because I'm trying to learn them well right now.
By the hair looking more 3D, did you mean her hood? It's covering her hair entirely here. I'm glad it's showing that much depth, in any case! 😃
Must have meant the hood. Looks great tho. Keep it up.
Also sewing kit drawing are very symetrically drawn and look real to represent the tightness or how clothes hang.
