The Chakra system is an energetic system of vortexes in different parts of the body which harness different energies and consciousness. There are 7 main chakra centers in the body which all resonate to a different frequency and color. When all 7 chakras are unblocked and open, we are in full energetic alignment. When a chakra is out of balance, it will typically produce physical symptoms that are meant to bring us awareness of this imbalance. We must check in with our bodies often and hear what they are trying to communicate with us.
