Awesome pose :) I love to do this one. It’s such a nice feeling to stretch out and improve range of motion. I have a really bad neck at the moment... it’s stems from almost behind my eye down into the back of my neck on one side, I can’t find many stretches that alleviate the pain so maybe it’s posture related as I am quite tall...
