Bharat Ratna, Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee (Atal Bihari Vajpayee) has passed away. Vajpayee, one of the most charismatic and popular faces of the country's politics, took the last breath in Delhi's All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at the age of 93.

He had been in AIIMS bed for more than two months and had died, he was 'resolved', although around five o'clock in the evening he chose a different route and he traveled from this world by writing 'on the skull of the time'. In his own words, 'I have filled my life, I will die with my heart, I will return, why should I be afraid of travel'?

Three times, Vajpayee, who was the Prime Minister of the country, was away from public life for a long time due to ill health. They were battling a serious illness named Dementia. They were on wheelchairs since 2009, the countrymen saw them last March 27, 2015, when the then President Pranab Mukherjee arrived at his residence to honor this true son of Bharat Mata with Bharat Ratna.

Two months ago, Vajpayee's health became worse. Due to infections in urine, he was admitted to AIIMS on June 11. Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with BJP and leaders of different parties of the country and many dignitaries came to know their movements. His supporters were constantly praying for their well-being, although Kudrat was perhaps more acceptable.

With the demise of Vajpayee, a golden phase of the country's politics has come to an end. A phase in which political differences are not allowed to be converted into mitigation. Vajpayee was a leader of the opposition for a long time, he was the prime minister three times, but his popularity was not an admission of having him or her in any post. As much as his acceptance was within the party, the same was popular among other parties. The reason for this is that after hearing the news about his recruitment at AIIMS, first of all who came to know about his movements were PM Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah and Congress President Rahul Gandhi. Today, when the news of his death came, the whole country was drowned in mourning.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee lived for more than five decades in the active politics of the country. He was the first non-Congress Prime Minister of the country. He contested his first Lok Sabha election in 1952, though he got his first win in 1957. Since then, he has consistently been in parliamentary politics since 2009. In 1977, he became the first minister, while in 1996 he was also the Prime Minister for 13 days.

However, in 1998 he got a chance to become a PM once again. His government also lasted only 13 months but in the subsequent Lok Sabha elections, NDA coalition government formed a majority and Vajpayee completed his term as a PM. He was elected Lok Sabha member from Lucknow in 1991, 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2004.
