The ATF will be taking comments on the ban of rate increasing devices. It is my opinion that everything except for a single shot muzzle loader is a rate increasing device. Thats why this is a slippery slope. Follow the link to find out what you can do to help.

Every law is an infringement. They are out of their bounds and out of their league. It is the right of the people to keep and bear arms - meaning modern, arms of the times, just as when the RIGHT was put onto paper. It is not the Governments role to rule on, dispense or remove a RIGHT. The right is there and preserved whether it makes some feel uncomfortable or whether that right can be used for evil just as good. I have written extensively on the 2nd Amendment and I tell you that the fight for it is won - the losing side just does not know it yet. The 2nd Amendment will prevail.
It is most definitely a slipper slope. I know Massachusetts has banned bump stocks and I would guess they've thrown some other crap in there and I think Colorado is trying to as well...
I used to think I was pretty safe from 2A restrictions here in VA, but its not such a sure thing anymore.... All the more reason to head to TX in a few years!
