How can I obtain Record of my ATT cell phone Texts?

AT&T usually stores your picture and text messages in ATT network so that they can be easily accessed through your LTE smartphone or an Android 2.3.3 or higher, Android 3.0.1 or higher, tablet or computer.

Obtain Text Records Using ATT Messages

Step 1.

First of all, log in to “AT&T Messages” and type your AT&T username and password. If your tablet or phone is a compatible Android device then you may download an AT&T Messages app from the Google Play for your tablets and smartphones and log in to this app using your AT&T username and password.

Step 2.

See your text record history which is grouped by conversation till 90 days. While the texts which are older than 90 days are deleted from the cloud. However, they will still remain on your device.

Step 1.

Make sure that your smartphone is compatible with AT&T Messages Backup and Sync.
Step 2.

Initiate AT&T Messages Backup and Sync by opening the messaging app in your smartphone and choosing Settings, followed by AT&T Messages Backup and Sync.

Step 3.

Download or view your text messages records. It can be done by logging in to the AT&T Messages website. You can also do it by logging into the AT&T Messages app that you downloaded on your tablet or computer.
