Hello, I have 11 hives, do I need more hives to convert them into swap.hive?
or is that enough? I think more, right to do my power up soon??

The power-up you do is on the main chain. So keep at least 10 HIVE there.

The minimum you need to swap from/to SWAP.HIVE is 1.
