In the afternoon, the parents returned home and gave time to Sudip. It was good, but for some time Sudip is going through a lot of irritation, becoming more angry than ever, sometimes hurting himself, and trying to hurt his parents. The parents and the doctor went to the doctor. The doctor examined Sudip and saw a number of physical injury marks on him! Later, a domestic worker was interrogated and it was known that Sudipe was hitting back from school because the housekeeper occasionally hit him with a stick. Sudeep's behavior changed from there.

Taking hold of mother forever. Eat close-eating almost The bed is closed at night, which has been closed before. Why is it that, parents have met with a psychiatrist to understand. The doctor said, due to some reason, Disha was scared. Then one day, the mother saw in her own eyes that a long-term relative of her was caught in the cave of love, handing the sensitive part of her body. He almost got lost and realized why there has been a change in the behavior of late.

Autism or Autism Spectral Disorder Children's Neurological Development Problems (Neuro Developmental Disorder) where-

Difficulty in establishing the social relation of the child, communication between the surrounding environment and the person is accompanied by oral and pointing-indication

And changes in behavior are seen.

Because children who have autism symptoms can not express their feelings for most of the time, so many of them do not say anything. They can not disclose it if they have any kind of wrongdoing. Or in such a way they try to tell it, which is not understandable for the people around. And since they often have behavioral problems, they try to convince their minds about the behavior of people around them.

Any child is susceptible to psychological or physical abuse, and also has the possibility of such abuses on children with autism who have the weaknesses. American psychiatrist MG Edelson, in an article in 2010, showed that the risk of autism being a bit more due to autism and the circumstances surrounding autism.

Survivan and Natson, in another article published in 2000, said that The rate of victims of physical, mental and sexual abuse of special children is more than four times higher than normal children. According to the Autism Speaks, the rate of victimization of children of intellectual property is seven times higher than normal children! The Center for Disease Control, a US survey, found that in every 18 years, one in every four girls under the age of 18 and six in each of the boys are sexually abused. As such, children with autism and other special features are at risk of several times. To ensure physical and mental safety of children with autism and other special features, overall awareness will be created. Many times such children are scoffed at the social environment; They are harassed and curtailed in shops, shopping malls or social events. Even in schools or in the family, some of them are subjected to mockery, which is a kind of mental torture. Many times family members, teachers or caregivers hurt them physically because of their behavior. And most importantly, they are exploited by their vulnerability to sexual abuse. One needs to remember that special children (girl or boy) are at risk of being sexually abused. There is no reason to think that the boys are safe.

Children with special features should be protected:

  • According to the capability of the child, he must be trained to name the various organs of the body, especially the sensitive organs.

  • It should not be considered safe for a stranger or new person (whether he is a man or a woman), always keeping children safe.

  • Children should try to teach 'right' or 'not right' or 'good touch', 'bad touch' issues by touching the mother or his body parts.

  • Notice the changes in the behavior of the child. When the child suddenly gets angry, if you cry, if you start crying again after bed is stopped, if you want to keep your parents in the sleep, if you have problems walking the baby, scratches on your body, bites of bites, fear of seeing someone special, Be careful if there is a sudden change or sudden change of behavior. Keep track of the persecution.

  • Teach social skills. The ability to say 'no' will be created. Basic Life Skills Training may be needed for this.

Autism or other special children should be trained to do personal things, so that they do not need help to take a bath, go to a toilet or maintain their own cleanliness.

While teaching the language or point of language, it should be remembered that they are able to understand the issue of any kind of abuse verbally or unknowingly.

According to their age and ability, basic knowledge about sexual orientation should be given. Connection about men and women, conceiving, period or dream ideas should be given. They can not be kept in any unscientific or false beliefs.

Parents will take special steps for the children who do not have the ability to take the necessary training. Never keep them alone. Especially if you want to take any service or service, you will always be with your child. Do not leave the child alone by influencing anyone's words.

If children with autism or other special characteristics are victims of physical, mental or sexual abuse, do not hide the matter. He has to be brought under treatment. She also needs physical therapy as well as the services of psychiatry. And of course, inform the law enforcement agencies. The victim must be punished.

In order to ensure the rights and rights of the disabled, Bangladesh has many types of disability, considering the physical, mental, intellectual, developmental, sensory harm, and adverse disadvantages of the disability rights and protection laws of the country. A total of 12 types of disability including autoimmune or autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, mental illness disorders, eye-catching, speech-speech, intelligence, hearing-impaired, hearing-sight, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, multidimensional disabilities, and other obstructions have been identified.
According to the United Nations Children's Rights Convention (CRC) 23, disabled children, like other normal children, are also entitled to equal rights and issues.

On 13 December 2006, a UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRDP) was unanimously accepted. This certificate came into force on May 3, 2008. States that sign the CRC and CRPD treaty, ensure that all children, including disabled children, can enjoy their rights without any discrimination. There are also Bangladesh among the two signatory countries. The National Child Policy has also been asked to protect the rights of all children including children with disabilities. But the reality of our country is different. The outlook of society towards the people with disabilities is negative. There is not enough initiative to develop their talents. These people are left with nothing to do with the disabled. Even the children with disabilities are persecuted in their own families. Their burden is felt. They are victims of negligence in every post of life.

The National Education Policy emphasizes the need for special education for children with disabilities. The Bangladesh Disability Welfare Act 2001 also mentions the education of children with disabilities. Even then, the participation of disabled children in education sector is very low.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNICEF) has made some recommendations for the development of children with disabilities in its World Childhood Statistics 2013 report. Recommendations are: Approval and implementation of the rights certificate and child rights certificate for disabled people. To fight against discrimination. Those who provide emergency services such as health, education and protection of the common people, policy makers and children and adolescents, raise awareness of the people with disabilities.

The work that Bangladesh has already done in national and international levels on autism has been a matter of pride. Between 10 to 20 percent of children with autism become fairly healthy between four to six years of age and can study with normal children in general schools. They also need the opportunity to develop them. It has been found that disabled people can give a lot of things to the society if they have the opportunity for intellectual development.

An example of the fact that at the international level, the autistic children won the medal in Bangladesh. Even the famous scientists and intellectuals of the world, who are born with disabilities, have become world-class in their pursuit of happiness. With respect to proper training, coordinated services and liberal outlook, every person, society, and capable persons will stand beside autistic and other disabled people irrespective of religion and caste - that is the hope

ENJOY THE WORLD AND INFORM THE WORLD :)
