Yes it sure is. That's what I've heard about the way the government is run down there and obviously one of the reasons for the incredible incompetency.
Billions stolen, evidence heard every day and not one of the big wigs arrested. A broken story indeed!
That is hard to not get depressed about! I think the economy and infrastructure problems could be turned around rather quickly if honest and honorable people were in charge.
Seems that there are no such people around here anymore my friend.

At a salary of a million a month it certainly beats many other lower occupations my friend.
