With all honestly Steemit is not what it was, in real life if you work hard you achieve something and you go forward. On steemit the harder you work the harder it gets. I auto-vote only because I know these people and I have had their support for the last two years, but I don't follow many people because I don't want my feed clogged up. I am very particular who I vote except for those specific ten people. I just think people have a misconception of what steemit is all about. It used to be more fun, and you are right, we don't see quality content everywhere, but if I had more voting power I would flag the hell out of everyone, but it is impossible because it is literally wasted power. They just jump up and open a new account...but I hear what you are saying and I think there are plenty of us that feels the same way. Maybe we should start our own community with people that started before 2017....
