INGREDIENTS
1 kilo of auyama.
2 cups of liquid milk
1 ½ cup of sugar
2 cups of bread crumbs.
4 cups white cheese
3 eggs.
2 tablespoons melted butter.
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
PREPARATION
Cook the auyama, drain and mash until mashed.
Mix milk with well-beaten eggs, sugar, butter and cheese, cinnamon powder, bread crumbs.
In butter and flour the mold. Take to the oven for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean and ready.
