You may be right... however, avocados have proved to have a legitimate amount of health benefits such as
Carotenoids: They are excellent protector against eye disease. Apart from that, the avocado is capable of getting nutrients out of other foods when it is combined with them. (YUM!)
Avocados can lower cholesterol: Oleic acid is responsible for the avocado’s capability of lowering cholesterol levels.
Why not consume them? They go with anything!: I'm not sure if you guys have been to Chipotle or have ever made an avocado sandwich on its own or with another food property, but they literally go with anything! Rice, bread, stew, salads, chips, tacos, etc.
I think these are valuable reasons, right? SO MUNCH AS MANY AS YOU CAN! They are absolutely delicious.
