Different days seem to require different perspectives. Ultimately, the discipline of staying in the present moment comes down to this: Know yourself as that.
So, today I will remain in stillness, a.k.a. in the present moment, by perceiving what is through the perspective of "that" rather than the thing that is observed. I will see throughout the day how I fall asleep and awaken again. I know that the Universe is on my side and wants me to stay awake.
