There should be a common principal and an absolute authority that occurrs in terms of government. If a law is passed that violates a constitutional right, and or can cause unjust harm, including, financial, physical and social integrity, or incarceration, imprisomonment, or leagal charges from other laws by the laws influence. If such law is passed, all political advocates that approved, campaigned and provided the passing of the law should forever be denied government employement and removed from office immediately, without any right to futre or entitled payments for the position once held. All benefits and including health, security and unknown are forfeit. This would constitute an action of a traitor, but would be by default considered incompetance resulting in violation of Constitutional freedoms and harm to the citizens.
By circumstance this is the only opption by which these people can claim. If it isn't, they are a traitor.
