Life can sometimes be boring and can make you feel like there is something missing . We sit most of our time on our phones and computers, working 9 to 5 and that can make you feel empty and desire something more.
Here is a list of 25 tips than can make you feel a little bit better about yourself and perhaps make your life a little more awesome.
Every day, take a small walk, 10-30 min walks help you exercise and its the ultimate antidepressant.
Sit in silence and meditate for at least 10 minutes each day.
Eat healthier. Eat food that grows on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured.
Drink tea everyday and eat blueberries, broccoli, and almonds.
Try to make as much people as possible smile each day.
Dont gossip. Dont waste your energy on gossip and try to invert your energy into something positive.
Eat breakfast. Its the most important meal of the day.
Life sometimes isnt fair. But its still a good life.
Forgive people. Life is too short to make enemies, instead make more friends.
Dont take yourself so seriously, its not worth it because no one else does.
Agree to disagree , you cant win every argument, its better to be the better person some times and step down.
Forgive your past. Make peace with it. The only way for you to enjoy the present is to forgive yourself for your past.
Dont compare your life with others. You dont know what they have been through and you do not know their journey .
Only you are in charge of your happiness.
Frame every so-called disaster with these words: ‘In five years, will this matter?’
Be a giver not a taker, be generous to those who need it.
What other people think of you is none of your business.
Time heals every wound.
What ever the circumstances , what ever the situation is , good or bad, it will change.
Dont be negative.
Stay in touch with friends. They will help you when you need it.
Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you nee.
Each night before you go to bed ,Pray to God and Be thankful for what you’ll accomplish, today!
