So I put this guy together for my tot back in march and it went viral. Been seeing some copycats try to change it in ways that make it less useful, so I thought I would share the original to let you know how it really works best. :)
This is what the box should look like with the elastic headband properly placed if not atatched inside. No, the bands dont really hinder closing it. and it works best with huggies or pampers boxes since they are so sturdy.
Here I attached the bands to the inside with string by cutting holes in the sides for them. Small zipties work as well.
This is what it looks like underneath if you decide not to use zipties or string to attach the band. then all you have to do is fill the bottom! Becareful about the size wipes you put on the top, the bigger ones can make it a bit top heavy. 
Ive filled mine with 5 size 1 daipers, an extra onsie and pants rolled up in case of blowout, a roll of doggie bags for dirty diapers, and a disposable changing table mat. But these are great for anything really. Toss some snacks in there for your older ones, maybe some toys, or anything really, and its got a built in wipe setup!
