Hi steven. It is such a lovely site that you do things like hiking with your father. I want to do this kind of stuff with my parents but they seem so busy at school being educators. And if they are not busy, they are tired and would opt to rest instead.

Totally agree man, i always try to give 110% of myself, always reaching for more, but sometimes i end up exhausted and burned out, but that's normal, i take 1 day of to rest and i'm right back to full strength again
