RECIPE (9-12 pcs)
Filling:
400 g cream cheese
60 g powdered sugar
vanilla
Cookie base:
200 g butter
150 g powdered sugar
100 g eggs
a pinch of salt
Chocolate cookies:
150 g base
100 g flour
15 g cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
Gingerbread cookies:
150 gr base
115 gr flour
1/2 tsp baking
powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp ginger
Matcha cookies:
150 g base
100 g flour
15 g matcha
1/2 tsp baking powder
Decoration/filling as desired
