This first post goes out to the amazing salted caramel apple cake I made for a dinner party the other night! It's vegan, as is everything I make, and delicious!
The cake started with a cinnamon spice sponge, vanilla buttercream frosting, caramelized poached apples drizzled with salted caramel sauce, and then all of that ALL OVER AGAIN!! I frosted the outside of the cake with salted caramel buttercream, a pretty fanned circle of poached apples and of course... more salted caramel!
