Baking,it sounds very interesting for me that's why I took up cullinary arts and kitchen services because I really love cooking specially in pastrys , I want to enhance my knowledge in cake making and planning to have my own cake and pastry shop in the future.
In my college years I was invited to join a cake making competition , as a neophyte in this filled I was so nervous because the contest was held in the basement quadrangle of school and we are sorrounded by university students.
This contest was judged by selected entire university of Cebu instructor and consist of 12 group of competitors from HRM department I believe even if you are just a beginner if you have the heart and dedication to do such a thing you will become successful even how hard it is.
Luckily we won 2nd price and as a beginner I'm so very proud of my self.
Learning is not just studying it also need dedication and heart .
