. Cinnamon powder
. 10ml honey
. Icing sugar for decoration if need
. 10gram all purpose flour

2. Tools:

3. Prepared step:

. Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature.
. Pour water and lemon juice into a bowl (A).
. Cut the apples in half, remove the core and slice it thin as much as you can. No need to remove apple's peel.
. Put sliced apples into the (A)
. Microwave this mixed in 3mins to make apple to be softer, will not be broken when you roll it.
. Leave the sliced apples out to remove water.
. Mix honey and cinnamon powder (B)
. Preheat oven in 190°C before baking 10mins.

4. Making apple roses:

Step 1: Unwrap the puff pastry over a clean and lightly floured counter. Using a rolling pin stretch the dough into a rectangular shape. Separate it to be 6 strips.
Step 2: Brush the (B) on the strip's surface.
Step 3. Arrange the apple slices along the half of strip, overlapping one another with peel side facing out.
Step 4: Fold the other half of strip to cover apples.
Step 5: Roll the strip from one end, keeping the sliced apples in rose form. Seal the end edge by pressing the dough. Place it the ramenkin or muffin tin.
