Recipe for puffy snail buns with cottage cheese filling

DOUGH:
200 g milk
15 g yeast
80 g sugar
450 g flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
50 g butter

FILLING:
400 g cottage cheese
65 g sugar
vanilla
1 egg white

For lubrication:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
