Yummy! I wish I would have patience to bake such delisous-looking cakes.

I usually find myself baking cakes made of unripened cheese...only because they are supereasy to make, they have a high success rate (yes, I hate failing :-D) and they do not require significant amount of time.

Well it doesn't need to completely freeze, but some of the parts needed to cool down in fridge for around.. an hour?

This is not very quick cake, not a extremely slow one either - but I still know cakes which are easier and faster. This isn't fun to make though.. I have other cakes I recommend more than this :)

Easy cheesecakes are luckily easy too!
