All the countries should join this or atleast say that they have it :)
Cold war was a tense period but nothing happened that was nuclear in nature due to the perceived threat of mutual destruction. SO i agree with your view point. However, there is not denying with how America is currently and also how Putin's personality is, it puts a lot of stress on the fine balance between these 2 powers. One mistake and WW3 would be a reality.
