RE: Who will be the next NBA Season MVP?

in #ballislife7 years ago

Nice topic @erwin0616. My pick: Giannis! EASY

He is a monster so far, looks like he is playing against kids. Some fun stats:

  • In all 4 of his games scored 32+. Had only scored over 36 twice in 450+ career games
  • He is playing alone for the Bucks and will be again on top
of points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks
  • Leads the league in PER, fg%, points in paint, free throws by a wide margin
  • He is improving year-over-year in all categories
  • Improved to become the go-to guy in clutch situations
  • His betting odds right now are 9/4, down from 9/1 a week ago (I regret not betting on him :( )

At the same time all other superstars were joined or play along more stars: Harden/Paul, Westbrook/George, Kawhi/Aldridge, Davis/Cousins

In my mind the only one who could challenge Giannis is Lebron or his own team: if they disappoint it's tough to win the MVP.

Btw I'm Greek ;)

Thank you so much..@nikossa1908
I'm hoping Giannis will be trade to OKC this season.

That would be fun to watch! They could trade everyone and leave only Westbrook & Giannis , they would still be the most interesting team to watch ;)

Well thanks for that, i was just curious. Do you think bucks will trade Giannis this season? since some of the team interested on him.@nikossa1908

No way anyone would trade Giannis! He's super happy there and they took great care of him.

Also anyone who wants a chance on him will need to offer crazy assets in return, trying to think about any possible trade that would make sense but can't...
