Just wanted to share some pics I snapped during last week's Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. It was really cool to see all the balloons around the neighborhood, and meet some pilots and crews when they landed nearby. I wish the weather had been better. The festival is 9 days long, and there were some really great ballon days in there, but it was cloudy and windy a good bit of the time, which prevented any balloons from going up. I've been in Albuquerque since May, and there has hardly been a day when it wasn't beautiful sunny weather, until the first week of October hit. I think late September would have been a much better time, at least for this year.
