no one with suit and tie that things is on higher position as me will ever decide what I can or cannot do in this world... and will never decide for 1 billion people living in china... why do those one billion people agree to be kind of speechless or to obey and to act like a slave... it's time to decentralize the world.. if people want to have ICO's then just let them have ICO's.. if someone abuses it for scam... then all would agree prison will ben their final destination... but to ban all just because some people of middle age or above 50 think it's better for 1 billion people? who are they to decide for them... I would flip out if it would happen in my country for sure
