Hello all, welcome to my monthly Bank report. It's been a decent month for the bank, but I'm going to stay conservative and keep my APR at 6%.
Scams
I did report one scam this month:

I just want to make it clear that, at least for me, the real scam had occured months ago. When he appeared again, I didn't lose any more money. The Owner Key Loan has proven to be very effective in protecting me, and I will continue to use it.

Account Repossessions
The following accounts have defaulted on their loans, and I have taken possession of them:
Once I've powered them down and extracted my pound of flesh, I'll be happy to turn these accounts back over to their rightful owners.

Did they become inactive or were they intentional scammers? You should do rigorous background checks before handing out cash.
I don't think they are intentional scammers...just more like deadbeats, irresponsible with money. I don't have time for rigorous background checks, but it doesn't matter when I have their Owner key.

Spammer and scammer are the main problem in steemit transaction... So we should be careful about those scammer.... So consciousness article @neoxian

Why would you ask for a loan if you won't be able to pay it? in the long term they are losing more by losing their Steem...

I think most forget that Steemit account is not just a blogging account. It is also an asset or property which worth time and value to invest in it. They may not see the value when they just give up the account for a small amount of money by borrowing the amount from the Neoxian bank. It actually worth more than what they could imagine.
