"The Most Unpredictable Result" UEFA FIRST LEG OF THE ROUND OF 16: PSG vs BARCELONA

The first week of round of 16 is just over:
And to start with the most shocking result of the year in the European Football so far.

Yes! you are seeing it right. PSG put an awesome display of football and netted 4 goals into the Barça half.
The key being PSG's constant pressing and their focus on cutting Barcelona's supply routes. Emery's tactical decisions and choice to go with forward-thinking full-backs young Meunier and Layvin Kurzawa was very brave and seems to workout quite brilliantly.

The duo also provided support in the midfield, allowing either Matuidi or Verratti to make runs in between Barcelona's lines.PSG kept Barça at arm's length, lessening the impact OF Thiago Silva's absence – though Kimpembe was excellent – they also spread their attacking threat across the pitch.
That was the reason the magical MSN couldn't penetrate into the PSG Defence line.
And on top of these PSG managed to take advantage of the 'not so famous for defence' Barça and netted 4 goals.

Di Maria put an awesome display and netted two goals But the free kick was both the starter and an absolute stunner.

Draxler showed his worth too with multiple chance creation and leading to him scoring one. And the last pin in the coffin was hammered by the Birthday boy Cavanni.
So It is Barcelona who now have to pray ahead of the second leg.
It has never happened that a team lost 4-0 away in a European club tie and gone through and that is the stark reality for Barcelona after their UEFA Champions League round of 16 first-leg loss at PSG.

However, that does not mean they have no precedents to turn to. Three sides have overturned four-goal deficits and Barcelona will left no stones turned to be the first team to do so and in the UEFA Champions League itself there have been some stirring second-leg comebacks.
