Any UBI requires a means of determining unique humans to avoid people obtaining multiple basic incomes. Manna currently does this through an address, which is certainly not ideal, as it doesn't reach those without an address. I do however see it as a workable temporary solution until solutions like Civic are widely used, or some eventual form of biometrics.
What do you personally see as the best method for determining identity uniqueness that you would implement into a competitor for Manna?
