RE: In the 21st Century, All Roads Appear to Be Leading to Unconditional Basic Income (UBI)

Please describe how the annual Alaska dividend is something for nothing, how it is controlling and oppressing the people of Alaska, and how they are on the verge of revolt after receiving this annual dividend, rich and poor alike, since 1982.

Bonus points for explaining how the 17% increase in part-time employment with no increase or decrease in full-time employment has been bad for Alaska.

The resources and the benefits from having them in a state - here we are using Alaska but should not be limited to it - belongs to all 50 states in the union. So, enriching only the residents is something for nothing.
States such as California demanded clean this and clean that and yet wanted cheap chemicals and petroleum products that is transported thousands of miles from Texas and Louisiana where those states pay the cost of environmental impact and industrialization that California and other states do not want to pay.
How about water? California needs water from other states - and what if they were charged a premium because the other states wanted to pay a similar dividend on water rights?
