For those who are struggling with their shooting, this drill right here can surely help you improve your shooting. This drill today is really gonna work on your range, consistency, being able to hit shots all over the court and get a lot of shots up basically.

What you need before you start

So, if you have a partner, that’s great. You don't really need a partner for this drill but if you do have a partner, they'll simply just rebound for you. If you don't, you have to rebound for yourself, spin it out to the next spot. How the drill works is you've got five spots on the court. The corner, the wing, the top the wing, and the other corner. And you got to make five shots starting in close leading to the three-point line at each of those spots. So, you're gonna make a total of 25 spots. Five in the corner going to the three, five closes in and going to the top of the key all the way around till you make twenty-five and five at each spot.

How it works?

Start in the middle and make one shot. Once you make that shot, go back to like a middle mid-range shot and make another shot. Alright, after making that shot, go to a mid-range and then you can go to a three-pointer and then go to a deep three but if you're a younger player who doesn't have that kind of range yet, find out where your range ends and then space your five shots out evenly. And then after making five shots, go to the next spot and if you want to challenge yourself, you can do this drill making all five shots in a row before you can move to the next spot. So if you make the first shot, make another and miss the third shot, then you got to start back in. That is a great way to do this drill as well but that's for more advanced shooters, for guys who really can light it up.

If you're just a beginner and your shots are not that consistent, just make one shot at each spot and then move on. Alright, for better understanding, watch the video to see the whole drill.
