Ben Simmons had a phenomenal defensive game last night holding Trae Young to just 5 points on 3/14 shooting. Stopping Trae proved to be the difference in the game as his teammates were not able to score enough to keep pace with the Sixers. Moving forward, we know Ben is going to make such an impact on the defensive end of the court that I believe it makes up for his lack of offensive capabilities. As we saw last night, he ended the game with just 4 points but still filled the stat sheet with 3 boards, 7 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block. Bottom Line? SIXERS IN 5
People are always focused on how many points he is able to put out and overlook the other things he does for sure.

It's a shame that BUM Rudy Gobert won DPOY over Simmons. Simmons guards the opposing team's player at a high level game in and game out while Gobert just sits in the paint 90% of the game. NBA is rigged.
