Hello. This is my first steemit post.
This NBA season I have watched a lot Sacramento Kings games. What a fun team they have. The team is a weird mix of old and young players, slow oldschool post-up game and modern pacey basketball. They are slightly underrated. The only bad part is that they are inconsistent. Sometimes it shows like that they play with zero effort.
Kings have so many exiting players:
Willey Cauley-Stein: Powerful roller, alley-oop threat, can nail even a few midrange shots. Promising player who said in an interview that he has as good skillset as Porzingis...
Buddy Hield: Pure scorer. Can catch fire in a sec.
De'Aaron Fox: Electric point guard. Will be great player, John Wall-esque.
Frank Mason III: 2nd round steal from the draft. Surprising floaters.
Skal Labissiere: Tall and lanky player. You never know what is coming- turnover or great play.
Bogdan Bogdanović: Solid European guard. Good vision. Always interesting to see how star European players learn the NBA basketball.
the Old timers (Vince Carter, Zach Randolph, Kosta Koufos) No introduction needed. Who doesn't love to see 40-year old VC flashbacks and riding the motorcycle- celebration. . Or Z-BO bang and bully in the post. Z-BO has even expanded his game behind the three point arc.
When Z-BO is on the floor, Kings play throught the post. It's refreshing to see oldschool post-up game in the modern NBA. Randolph has great triple threat moves and it's entertaining to see him operate in the post. Hield and Fox add modern pace-space elements to the Kings lineups. Bogdanovic orchestrates the second unit so there is no dull lineups.
I recommend to watch them. They are fun and nice change to Warriors, Cavs etc.
Do you have any other teams that are interesting to watch? What elements should be paid attention of them?
