Having huge Beard gains and fuller growth isn't just a genetics component. While it's true men do have specific genetic beard growth rates, hacks do exist for increasing your potential, and I'm here to provide a few. My friends have always asked me for tips about my beard gains. I've been on my beard journey for nearly 8 months.
Contrary to what a lot of people will tell you and try to sell you.. splashing a bunch of so called "beard oils" on will not produce magic results. During my beard journey I've learned real hacks and witnessed them first hand. If you keep the consistency up with 3 simple hacks, really apply these changes in your life, you will see actual results.
Hack 1: Exercise
Without a doubt proper exercise is one of the biggest contributors to a fuller beard. Why? Testosterone. Starting small and ramping yourself to heavy squat motions are the best way to heavily produce testosterone levels in your body. Testosterone is one of the key factors in reproductive tissues. Aim for 2-3 days of heavy weight lifting and focus on leg exercises for maximum advantage.
Go out and fight a bear if you want legendary beard gains.
Hack 2: Eat Properly
Eating properly is something that is important regardless of wanting huge beard gains. Eating properly is going to fuel your body with all the vitamins that are critical for gains. Remember when your mom said to finish your vegetables and you gave them to your dog instead? It's time to man up and eat well try broccoli, carrots, leafy greens, fish, and healthy beef & chicken.
Hack 3: Manage Stress
Your immune system is a critical aspect for normal hair growth. Keeping calm even in hard times is an important aspect to practice. Sleeping properly has additional benefits and it's important to never cut corners on your overall health.
Don't be sad with your gains as you start, keep positive, and your growth will happen!
Til next time, @originate
