Below is a list of things you can do to protect yourself and prevent your skin from aging prematurely
Wear sunscreen daily when going out even if the sun is not shinning.

Have balanced meals. Your skin cells need vitamins to renew themselves, the process of constant skin renewal keeps the wrinkles at bay.
Apply shea butter to the skin around your eyes every night. This act builds up the thin skin around your eyes since this is where wrinkles often start to show.
Make sure that all your products are gentle and have this luxurious feel when applied to the skin. When a product starts to dry out your skin, it's time to drop it.
Do steps 1-5 all of the time and take lots of water while you are at it.
