Aloe Vera Face Masks For Bright And Beautiful Skin

Aloe vera has so many health benefits that are beneficial to the skin. Below are some DIY aloe vera face masks that will rejuvenate your skin.

  1. For Glowing Skin: Aloe vera gel, coconut oil, and honey. Mix 1 tablespoon each of aloe vera gel, coconut oil and teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture on your face and, let it stay for about 30 minutes before wiping it off with a damp cloth or face wipe. You can repeat this once or twice in a week.

  2. For Acne: Aloe vera gel, nutmeg powder and, lemon juice. Mix 1 tablespoon of aloe vera, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and few drops of fresh lemon. Apply the mixture all over your face or on areas where you have spots or acne. Let it stay for about 20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. For a fast and effective result, you can repeat this daily.

  3. For Dark Spots: Aloe vera gel, turmeric powder, yogurt, and lemon juice. Combine 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel with 1 teaspoon each of yogurt, turmeric powder, and fresh lemon juice. Mix them into a paste and apply on your face in circular motion. Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes before wiping off with a damp cloth. This mask can be used 3 to 4 times in a week for quick and effective results.

  1. For Dry Skin: Aloe vera gel, banana, and olive oil. 1 table spoon of aloe vera gel, 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon should be mixed together to form a paste. Apply the paste on your face and neck and leave it for about 30 minutes, before wiping off with a damp cloth. Can be repeated 3 to 4 times in a week.

  2. For Sensitive Skin: Aloe vera gel, banana and, olive oil. 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of mashed ripe banana and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Mix and blend all ingredients with a spoon until it turns creamy. Apply all over your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes before wiping off with a damp cloth. Repeat 3 to 4 times a week for effective results

  3. For Oily Skin: Aloe vera gel, lemon juice and yogurt. 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of yogurt (this is optional), and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients until it turns creamy. Apply to your face and neck and leave on for about 30 minutes before rinsing off. It can be repeated 3 to 4 times in a week.
