Hello everyone!

Clear, perfect and glowy skin is something we all want. But unfortunately, for most us it's a myth. There are lots of tips on the Internet but is hard to tell what treatments and tips are real. The most common problems are acne, scrars, rosaea, pigmetation etc. During puberty, I had a problem with my skin. I have been on this journey for a few years and now I don't have definitely a perfect skin but it's better. And I can say that I tried almost everything. I mean everything. I am finally at a point in my journey where I have found a routine that works for me. I am not specialist or dermatologist but I would like to share with you my tips and what helped me.

First of all, keep it simple. What I have learned during my journey, I don't need to use lots of products. Try to find a few product that work for you.

Secondly, cleanse your skin properly. This is key when you have a problematic skin. Take your time every morning and evening don't go to sleep in your makeup. This is the biggest mistake and your skin is not happy with it.

Retinol and Retinoids : I wrote about this here. They are the most effective anti-ageing products. Why is it so good for your skin? It contains Vitamin A which helps to unblock pores, reduce residual marks, gives added anti-ageing benefits and is good for pigmetation. Be sure to use product with SPF.

Light coverage : try to avoid a heavy coverage and apply coverage concealer just where you need it. If you have a hormonal acne, you don't need to use a foundation all over your face. We all want to look naturally.

Last but not least, make sure that your diet is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, boost your zinc intake (nuts) and take a Vitamin D Supplement.

If you would like to know more about skin care and beauty, I recommend to yout visit a channel Dr Sam Bunting and Lisa Eldridge.

I totally agree with you! I've tried a few things for my skin and using a cleanser right after I wake up an before going to bed makes a huuuge difference! If I'm gonna wear make up it is important to hydrate my skin. Thermal water is a must!

Agree! I am glad that you like it!
