5 Vegetable to Improve Your #Skin Quality!
五大胶原蛋白素食

TO ALL THE #LADIES OUT THERE! :)

More and more people are concerning about collagen, because it brings a lot of benefit, of course, the greatest effect is the #cosmetic effect. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a lot of "YIN" food such as Dried Fish Maw, sea cucumber, pig's feet, pig skin etc play an important role of collagen supplement. However, there is a problem: I have a lot of patients who happen to be vegetarian, some may because of health reasons, and some may be religious reasons. In short, none of the above mentioned foods can be eaten. So I put up a list of non-meat food that contains collagen that can be consumed by vegetarians and the results can be pretty good as well.

愈来愈多人注种胶原蛋白,因为好处多多,最大作用当然是美容功效。在中医角度,很多滋阴的食物例如花胶,海参,猪脚,猪皮等都有补充骨胶原的作用。问题来了,我有很多病人都是素食人士,有些是身体需要,有些是宗教原因,总之那些上述的食物他们都不能吃,于是我就把一些骨胶原素食食物整理一下,发现这些食物效果也不错。

  • White Fungus (Or "Snow Ears"): More commonly used in soup, or sweet soup.
    白木耳,亦即雪耳。比较常用在煲汤,或糖水。

  • Okra (aka "Woman's Finger): Chinese medicine found out that the higher the viscosity of food, more effective in enhancing collagen.
    秋葵,又叫女人手指。中医认为黏性越高的食物,更有效提高骨胶原。

  • Chinese Yam: Empathy raw yam sticky, but beware of people often diarrhea should not eat too much.
    山药,同理的生山药黏性很高,但小心常常虚寒腹泻的人不宜多吃。

  • Aiyu Jelly: More for beverage ingredients, be careful to choose the beverage, do not choose sugar is too high, or make up the collagen, but also hard to lose weight.

These foods are good choices for vegetarians, but beware that these foods are somewhat "cooler" in traditional Chinese medicine. Usually, ginger can be added for balancing when cooked.

这些食物对于素食者来说是很好的选择,但小心一点是这些食物在中医看内都偏凉性,平常在煮的时候可加点姜以作调和。
