If you have dry skin, I would go for a richer cream, like Nivea cream. The Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream that I mentioned in the post might work well for you too -- it's a fairly rich and hydrating cream, but it absorbs quickly. It helps if you use moisturizer at night and during the day underneath sunscreen. And if you use a cleanser, make sure that it's gentle and isn't stripping your skin of too much moisture. :)
