Skincare For Sluts Part Two.jpeg

In part one of Skincare, Sluts, And Law Of Attraction...

I showed you all photos of my beautiful, disgusting, skin rash that cropped up from me being a jealous, secretive, judgemental hag.

I shared how I changed my eating habits, upped my water intake, and used probiotics to help clear up my skin.

I told you guys about @ryzeonline's affirmations that I took as my own.

I also told you about my desire to experiment with 5 products to see if I could fix my rash. Let's see what I really think of these products and if they helped me.

Honest Skin Care Product Reviews.

I don’t mean ‘Honest’ as in the beauty company run by the stunningly accomplished Jessica Alba, I mean honest as in, my truthful experience from my wild-and-crazy skincare journey. I’ll go into detail about various products I’ve tried (and even share my thoughts on a few I haven’!)

Coconut Oil

I love coconut oil. I’ve used it for lots of stuff and I’ve never been disappointed. Some of the stuff I’ve used it for:

  • Cooking
  • Moisturize my hair
  • Relieve dry skin
  • Insect Repellant
  • Reduce itching when my rash started
  • Help cure my yeast infection
  • Home manicures to soak my cuticles in
  • Remove makeup (especially my stay-on lipstick which is blowjob-proof and hard to remove.)
  • Soothe my chapped lips (which now I know wouldn’t have been chapped if I drank more water).
  • Make my homemade sugar & coffee scrub

What kind to buy and where to get it: I use virgin coconut oil and you can get it at Walmart, Target, or any grocery store.

I automatically reached for the coconut oil when my skin broke out but I found that it was too “loose” hehe. It wasn’t ‘thick’ enough (OMG my dirty mind is all over the place lol!). The coconut oil didn’t ‘cling’ to my skin the way I wanted it to. It was absorbed by my skin quickly and I kept having to put it on over and over again.

I realized that if I wanted something thicker and juicer (haha) for my post-rash skin then I was going to have to move on to the other things on my list.

Vitamin E Oil

Mmmmm I LOVE Vitamin E.

Vitamin E helps promote cellular growth. This thick, juicy oil is a beautiful gift from Mother Nature. It is lightning in a bottle.

I’ve used Vit e to:

  • Smooth skin
  • Get rid of wrinkles
  • Lighten discoloration
  • Remove scars
  • Moisturize my skin
  • Tighten loose skin
  • Fade dark purple spider veins
  • Make moles smaller
  • Soften foot calluses
  • Soothe my itchy, dry rash.
  • Heals wounds

The internet says you can also use it for:

  • Skin cancer prevention
  • Soothes eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis
  • Sunburn prevention
  • Promotes nail growth

What kind to buy and where to get it: I buy it from Shoppers Drug Mart here in Canada but you can get it in most places where vitamins are sold.

Vitamin E works a treat. It’s literally a natural miracle that not enough people use or know about. It’s about $14 a bottle here in Canada for 28 ML (I have no clue how much that is in ounces, google it if you’re really curious, lol,)

The point is, this stuff is a MIRACLE cure. I’ve used it for so many things and I cannot even start to explain the way it’s softened my skin. I only wish it came in a giant tub so I could swim in it daily. (Update: Jay found me this 16oz. Bottle of pure Vitamin E) It’s SOOOOOO good for the skin and it’s healed my rash beautifully. Now, it didn’t take away the original itch but it soothes, rejuvenates, and softens perfectly.

I used it on my face, my neck, my hands, and my eyes especially to help soothe my rash.

Since I didn’t want to use a bottle a day, I decided to find something equally good for the rest of my body.

And I found it!

Shea Butter

I don’t mean lotion with shea butter IN it. I had some of that nonsense and it was no good. I mean the actual pure, thick, yellow, shea butter sold in tubs.

I went to Amazon and ordered a tub of the one with the most stars and best reviews after researching for a few days some of the benefits of shea butter. (I’d never used it before like I had coconut and Vitamin E Oil).

The internet says these are some of the benefits (and I added my experience with it too):

Safe for all skin types
When you apply shea topically, these oils are rapidly absorbed into your skin. They act as a “refatting” agent, restoring lipids and rapidly creating moisture. This restores the barrier between your skin and the outside environment, holding moisture in and reducing your risk of dryness.- My source - Healthline

The internet claims it’s not oily but I disagree 100%. It’s butter, bro. It’s oily af but it’s sooooooo worth it. I’ve been putting it on my chest, tummy, back, arms, elbows, knees, and legs. It’s incredible for moisturizing.

  • It’s anti-aging and has antioxidants (and since it has vitamin e in it, then I 100% believe this. Vitamin e is awesome for anti-aging).
  • It’s antibacterial so I felt safe and comfortable putting it on my rash on my hands when I didn’t use the vit e.
  • May prevent acne. (I’ve been putting it on my arms and I used to have tiny pimples on my arms that have since disappeared.)
    Boosts collagen
  • Helps promote cell regeneration (with the vitamin e in it...hellz yeah!)
  • Improves the appearance of stretch marks. (Yes it does! It’s been super helpful at reducing the ones on my breasts and shoulders and my booty too)
  • Sunscreen. It has like 7% sunscreen but I’d rather use something natural than a sunscreen with tons of chemicals in it. My poor sensitive skin couldn’t handle it.
  • Prevent’s hair breakage. I’ve used it on my ends as well as coconut oil and it’s helped make my hair softer and less dry.
  • Soothes eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis.
  • Soothes sunburn.
  • Promotes wound healing. (Yes, this. I put it on a cut on my ankle and in two days it was gone.)

What kind to buy and where to get it: Natural African Shea Butter. I ordered mine on Amazon.Ca

There was one downside to me putting shea butter all over my body before bed...I have white sheets and it turned my sheets grey. (I know I can get it out or just buy new sheets but maybe if I didn’t put it all over my body IN bed and then go straight to sleep this wouldn’t have happened.)

But this article is to help sluts (yes, I know, and ‘non-sluts’, too) so if you wanna bring your Daddy into your bed like I did… maybe wash the sheets or change them or just don’t be as careless as I was, and put it on with plenty of time to soak into your skin before you sleep.

Aquaphor

This isn’t a “natural remedy” to most but I KNOW this is the shizz. My daughter has a slew of allergies, plus she has psoriasis and eczema too. She’s been slathering Aquaphor all over her body since she was 3.

I wanted something that was going to CRUSH my dry feet and make them soft and supple again. Now, to be clear, I didn’t have a rash on my feet... BUT I do go barefoot all the time and with all my, uh, extra weight over the years, I feel like that puts pressure on my feet and causes calluses.

And as you know, foot calluses aren’t very sexy, smooth, or soft. Daddy and I like to have toesie cuddles when we sleep together and I didn’t want my feet to be anything but smooth and soft for him.

I already know that Aquaphor is amazing for dry skin. And I didn’t want to gamble using it on my sore, sensitive rash, so I mainly used it on my feet. I’ve used it on other parts over the years and it’s nice for other body parts, and safe for even a diaper rash for babies too. But for this experiment, I only used it on my feet.

By itself, it didn’t do much if my feet weren’t soaked in it. I had to get a pumice stone to get those calluses smaller. And again, the pumice by itself was ok. But Aquaphor AND the pumice combined helped a lot. I know when I lose more weight that the calluses will also ease up and not be so stubborn.

I used this 3 times a day. In the morning I would put a bit on and then wear socks while I meditated so I didn’t walk around after. Then I put some on after lunch when I knew I would be off my feet and in bed working. Then the last thing I did before bed was put a bunch on my feet and wear cozy socks to sleep in. I woke up with super soft feet. It works so well but Vitamin E works even better.

Here’s what the internet says Aquaphor it can help with:

  • Heals cuts
  • Moisturizes skin
  • Heals rashes caused by Poison Ivy & Poison Oak
  • Relieves diaper rash in babies

What kind to buy and where to get it: The brand is Eucerin and the product’s called Aquaphor and you can get it anywhere where baby supplies are sold.

It’s definitely not a good idea to put it on your face if your skin is oily. If you have dry skin on your face, it might be helpful but to be honest, I’d highly recommend the other natural alternatives I listed above for your face. I definitely recommend Aquaphor for dry feet, elbows, and knees, or any other dry area that isn’t an open wound or sensitive to touch like my rash was.

Sudocrem

Now, this is typically used strictly for diaper rash in kids. But I used this years ago when I lived in Ireland where it’s really cold and dried out my skin. Sudocrem softened my skin, reduced wrinkles, and softened the scars on my arms. I have a bunch of old track mark scars (I was a heroin addict 14 years ago) and I used to be ashamed of the scars it left on my arms. But using Vitamin E on them has made them so soft, small, and light. And keeping up my improvements I expect them to disappear entirely. Sudocrem worked well for them too, but again, nothing like Vitamin E did.

I bought this to use on my forehead but to be honest when I saw the miracle that is Vitamin E on my face, wrinkles, and the changes it made I just abandoned Sudocrem. It worked really well on my hands too when I experimented with it. However, like I said when you have a miracle in a bottle like Vitamin E there’s no point in using something that helps a little when you can use something that helps A LOT.

What the internet says:

  • Reduces scars
  • Stops chafing
  • Creates a hair dye barrier
  • Heals cuts and burns
  • Soothes insect bites
  • Soothes sunburn
  • Heal acne
  • Soothe eczema

What kind to buy and where to get it: Sudocrem is only sold in Canada and Europe (in the UK too). It’s great for diaper rash and I highly recommend it IF you don’t have access to vitamin e or you run out of it.

These 5 products have been so helpful in changing my skin from rough to smooth. I’m so grateful to Jay for helping me research (he sent me articles on skincare to help me as usual. He’s such a love).

Bonus Honorable Mentions That May Help Your Skin

I read a TON of articles and watched a TON of videos on skincare. I wanted to dive deep and I certainly did. Here are some honorable mentions that I found in my research. I’ve only tried three but I definitely am going to be trying the rest.

Coffee Grounds

Coffee is one of the things I tried too. I made a scrub out of it. I used 1 teaspoon of:
coffee grounds, sugar, raw honey, and 6 teaspoons of warmed-up coconut oil. I put it all in a jar with a lid and mixed it all up and popped it in the shower. I use it on my face (and my chest) to help with my eyes and it’s soooooo soothing to my skin. I leave it on there for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

The internet says coffee helps with:

  • Cellulite reduction (I have to try this on my thighs, I haven’t yet but I will start when I shower next).
  • Calming effects (it calms the itchiness around my eyes for a few hours after using).
  • Anti-aging benefits.
  • Vitamin B-3 for skin cancer.
  • Reduced inflammation (definitely! My eyes were swollen for so long but when I started using this, I noticed a big difference in less swelling around my eyes and on my hands).
  • Acne treatment.
  • Dark circles.
  • After-sun care.

What kind to buy and where to get it: Any coffee grounds will do and you can get them at any grocery store.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

ACV is another thing I tried like I mentioned before. A lot of the articles I read and videos I watched recommended ACV. One of the benefits is controlling candida overgrowth and also clearing up skin (and so much more). It’s also great for hair. I’ve used ACV to wash my hair. It’s brilliant for stripping the old color out of your hair (I dyed my hair in 2017 and in 2020 I still had traces of the color left on my ends even though I was getting regular cuts. It was annoying but the ACV fixed it). My hair also got shinier from washing it with ACV. But I didn’t notice significant thickening until I started drinking it.

I started drinking ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) twice a day. A side note about ACV: It’s disgusting. LOL. I’m not even exaggerating here, when I first started drinking it I would gag and cry through the entire glass of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of ACV. It was my living nightmare. I’m suchh a baby about how things taste. (I’ll note though that Jay and Evan Carmichael both actually enjoy drinking it, so your mileage may vary.)

This brings us back to energy, emotion, and internal work.

Forcing yourself to drink something you don’t like creates negative emotion. Negative emotion makes skin and hair worse. So, if I had kept forcing myself to drink ACV, I wouldn’t have gotten better. I had to get my energy right about drinking ACV and once I did, I was gently inspired to google “how to make ACV taste better”

I found a few sites with suggestions on how to improve the taste of ACV. I decided to reduce the amount I was drinking so I went down to 2 TEASPOONS instead of tablespoons. And, I started eating a small bowl of plain yogurt mixed with some raw honey as a chaser. Since doing this I can down that glass of water and ACV in seconds without breaking a sweat and it’s helped my rash! Once I started the ACV, the itchiness stopped and the redness started to heal and mixed with the above remedies, I was soon on my way to clearer, softer, smoother skin.

What kind to buy and where to get it: Organic ACV (with the ‘mother’), and they sell it everywhere. Most grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc.

Here’s what the internet says it can help with:

  • Natural laxative and helps with digestion
  • Lowers blood sugar levels
  • Improves Insulin sensitivity
  • Helps with weight loss
  • Reduces belly fat
  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Slows growth of cancer cells
  • Treats and reduces acne
  • Soothes sunburns
  • Anti Aging properties
  • Improves hair health
  • Treats dandruff

Here’s the site I got this info from: https://www.asweetpeachef.com/benefits-of-apple-cider-vinegar/

I love ACV now that I know how to drink it properly, lol. I also want to recommend that when you do drink ACV, you should rinse your mouth afterward. Some people even brush their teeth. I don’t but just rinse with water. The reason is that the acid in ACV can eat at the enamel on your teeth and make them weaker.

Cucumber

I bought a cucumber to try to use on my face but Jay ate it all, LOL...Ok, ok, I cut it up and gave it to him haha. But well, I haven’t yet tried it on my face.

Here’s what the internet says about cucumber for skin:

  • Reduces swelling and puffiness
  • Anti Aging
  • A mild astringent to help with acne
  • Soothes irritation
  • Hydrates skin (but it says to use a moisturizer too)
  • Alleviates sunburn

What kind to buy and where to get it: Anywhere they sell produce.

Green Tea

Green tea has been on my grocery list for two weeks now. When Jay sees this he’s going to ask “why I hate life” and haven’t ordered it, LOL. It’s only because I wasn’t ready to move on to another experiment. When finding out what skincare works for you, it pays off huge to be focused and committed with your experiments, not just grabbing at whatever shiny new skincare product catches your eye. I’m quite content with my routine right now though I do intend to add this to it soon.

What the internet says about it:

  • Reduces skin irritation
  • Reduces redness
  • Reduces puffiness
  • Soothes sunburn
  • Heals cuts
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Protects against skin cancer
  • Anti Aging
  • Helps heal acne

There are tons of people who use cucumber and who rave about it. It's definitely on my list to try. I want to try it by itself on my eyes and I also want to make a mask and try that out as well. I'll have to update this section when I try it out.

What kind to buy and where to get it: Any grocery store that sells produce.

Oatmeal

I’ve used oatmeal in my daughter’s bath when she was little to help soothe her eczema. I hadn’t thought of using it to soothe my own itchy skin until just this past week when I was doing further research of the resources that Jay gave me. Mixed with water to form a paste and left on the inflamed skin, works wonders. It was very helpful to my daughter and my son when he got chicken pox a few years ago. It’s brilliant to soothe inflamed skin. Wish I had thought of it sooner when my hands were driving me mad with itchiness.

Here’s what the internet says about it:

  • Soothes dry, irritated skin
  • Use it to exfoliate your skin
  • Relieves eczema, psoriasis
  • SOME sites stated that you can whiten skin (but some sites refuted this so please do your own research).
  • You can use it in the bath and soak. You can make a scrub or a face mask with it too. It’s pretty versatile.

A lot of people love oatmeal for their skin. Like I said earlier, my daughter loved it. If I have more outbreaks I will have to try this one out. But hopefully, I won't need to try it!

What kind to buy and where to get it: Quaker Oatmeal and any grocery store or Walmart, Target, etc.

Whew! That’s a lot of stuff and I didn’t even touch on everything out there that ISN’T ‘natural’ like salicylic acid, retinol (and retinoids), hyaluronic acid, and more. There’s a TON of products out there to use for your skin. Whatever you choose --the natural route or the chemical stuff-- just do your own research and make sure your choice comes from a place of love, not a place of desperation, or fear of having bad skin. You have to feel good about your skincare choices (well, you have to feel good about all your choices actually but that’s another post).

And Now We Come To My Daily Skincare Routine.

My skincare has gotten a bit more complex since this journey began, but truly I believe skincare is meant to be simple and our bodies know what to do with just a bit of love and care.

Morning

In the morning I just splash cold water on my face. My face is usually quite soft and smooth after sleeping with Vitamin E on it all night. I drink a glass of water after that. Next, I work out then splash cold water on my face again and pat it dry. Then I put more Vitamin E oil on my face but I go with a very light sheen since it’s daytime. I also put targeted dabs of Vitamin E on scars, dark spots, and moles on my neck and chest at this time. I follow that with shea butter on the rest of my body and Aquaphor on my feet also.

Evening

I usually shower in the evening (if I don’t shower that day for some reason, I still put the shea butter and Vitamin E on). And in the shower, I use my homemade coffee & sugar scrub on my face and chest. I also use a salt scrub on my hands, elbows, knees, and feet. (But I didn’t make this scrub.) I also exfoliate my entire body with an exfoliating scrubber.

When I get out of the shower I put vitamin e on my face, dark spots, and moles. I put shea butter all over the rest of my body. Then I use Aquaphor on my feet and pop on a pair of socks.

Voila, that’s my current skincare routine, almost all-natural, relatively simple, and affordable, and it literally works skin miracles for me.

But no matter what you put on your body, if your beliefs, moods, and choices aren’t on point then it won’t matter. If you harbor lots of judgment, resentment, and hate internally, it will take a toll on you externally. If you’re negative in any way about your skin or your body, or your looks then whatever you do is just a waste of time.

Your Skin Is Dictated By Your Beliefs, Moods, And Choices.

I touched on this earlier on, but I thought I’d go deeper on this very important part of manifesting the skin you want. We’re going to talk about the law of attraction here, so if that triggers you, I suggest you bounce. The truth is, your beliefs, moods, and choices are the keys to manifesting ANYTHING you want in life really.

Beliefs

Do you believe that [whatever you use] on your skin will make it smooth, soft, and supple? Do you believe that your skin loves [whatever you’re using]? Do you believe that your cells know what you want, and when you show them love, will transform your skin? Do you believe that your cells KNOW exactly what to do? Do you believe that you can have any type of skin you desire?

I sure hope so, because thinking or believing anything other than positive things like this about your skin and cells will make sure it remains the way it has always been, or worse.

But if you’re positive, believe in your cells, and show them, love, with water, and oils, and lotions, etc. then they’ll transform right before your eyes.

I’ve watched my wrinkles fade away in the mirror. When I’ve elevated my energy on my looks, my skin, my transformation, I’ve seen my skin change right before my eyes. As long as I continue to be positive and have high energy about my skin, it will keep transforming. And yours can too.

It’s just belief.

“If I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it, even if I may not have it at the beginning.” - Gandhi

Focus on the skin you want. Focus on how you will feel with clear, soft, smooth skin. Tell yourself affirmations like “My skin is soft and smooth” and if that feels off for you then try “Even though my skin isn’t smooth yet, all this love I’m giving my skin will make it sure to happen. My smooth skin is on its way. And I will keep loving it because it feels good.”

And this must be done with elevated energy. Like an excited child, eager for their toy or something. Not intellectually recited with lukewarm energy. You have to really believe it and feel it. Your cells are waiting for you to literally energize them.

You can also write gratitude about your skin. Write positive aspects about your skin. What do you love about it? What has it done to help you? (covering your skeleton comes to mind as a bare minimum...I mean skeletons aren’t that cute and without skin, you’d look kinda scary tbh we all would lol!).

Please remember that a belief is just a thought you’ve repeated a boatload of times. Like I’m a slut. I’m a slut. I’m Daddy’s slut...see? I repeated that sooooo many times (when I lived in NYC away from him) that it manifested. Lol, ok, maybe not a great example for non-sluts but you get what I mean.

The more you repeat the gratitude about your skin, the more it has to become a reality. The more you believe, the more likely it is for it to happen.

But don’t forget about the ‘juice’ that makes those beliefs become reality.

Your mood is VITAL to manifesting your super soft and smooth skin.

Moods

How do you feel about your skin? Are you ‘crunchy’, tense, or stressed every time you go on Instagram and see beautiful models with clear, smooth skin? Are you annoyed every time you have to use Facetune or Snapseed to smooth your skin in a picture, or are you thankful technology is bringing you closer to your ideal vision? Are you jealous that ‘everyone else’ has ‘perfect’ skin but you don’t?Or are you happy and grateful when you see people with clear skin on IG? Are you feeling good about the beautiful, youthful, smooth skin when you see them? Are you feeling joyful that the universe is putting smooth skin in front of you for you to admire and love? Is your energy soaring sky high because you KNOW that your smooth skin is done but you’re just removing blocks to get it?

How are you feeling when you’re not focused on your skin? Are you actively choosing happiness in your life? Are you getting angry at drivers who cut you off and focus on them for an hour after they do it? Do you go home and bitch to your roommate or spouse about that “idiot” who cut you off?

How do you feel all day? And I don’t mean a few times in the day when you look in the mirror, but how are you feeling about EVERYTHING? ALL-F**KING-DAY?

Your mood has to be happy and good, with positive energy about life internally, a majority of the time, for it to transform into what you desire.

But a lot of people don’t realize their mood for EVERYTHING ELSE matters in connection with their skin. But it does. It doesn’t matter if your mood is high for your skin if it’s offset by super-low vibes the rest of the day. This is the way to NOT get what you want. Whether it’s skin, a boyfriend or girlfriend, a job, etc.

Everything is connected like a web. If you’re feeling shitty about one area of your life, it WILL trickle down into the other areas. So your mood has to be on point for EVERYTHING.

Are you willing to be happy all the time? Are you willing to pay attention to your moods? Are you willing to actively choose happiness as much as possible?

I’m not going to go too deep on ‘choosing happiness always’ here because it’s a life-long practice, but please understand...no matter what you want to manifest, you HAVE to be happy, with high energy, about whatever subject it is. Do you want that smooth skin? That sexy spouse? House? Body? Business? Job? Kids? Social media following? Whatever it is, make sure you have happy, amazing, epic energy on the topic.

Ultimately, our manifestations can’t come without us believing in them, without our happy moods, and rounding out the trifecta of slut-manifestation...errrr I mean manifesting lol… are your choices.

Choices

What are you choosing to do in regards to skincare? Are you experimenting with new products? Are you researching how to get that clear, soft, smooth, etc kind of skin you want? Are you finding the top people in the world who are teaching about skincare? Are you watching videos and seeing what others are doing? Are you finding people with the same issue? Did you find out what worked for them? Orrrrrr... are you asking advice from friends and family who don’t really have a clue about skincare?

You have 50,000+ moments in a day, each one you can choose to breathe deeply, relax your shoulders, pursue your passions, or you can choose shallow breaths, tense shoulders, and grinding out something you hate doing. These choices have massive side effects in the rest of your life, whether you realize it or not. Most of us weren’t taught the importance of our choices, and our moments, but deep down we all know the truth. Our choices f**king matter, and we’ve got to choose love over fear, and intention over autopilot, as much as possible.

What Are You Choosing For Skin Improvement?

Look deeper at your skin choices. Are you just reading articles like mine then failing to apply anything? Or are you applying what you learn? Are you tracking what worked and what didn’t? Are you tracking the ideas you come across? Are you filing the articles and videos so you can find them easily when you want to go back and read it again?

What are your daily choices about your skin?

These choices matter. If you’re not doing any of the above then your skin will stay the same. You can wish all you want but if you’re not believing in your cells, taking care of your moods, and choosing actions to get better skin then you deserve to have shitty skin. I know I did.

I love you. I truly do. But there are no candy-coated lies here. I won’t sugar-coat shit and tell you it’s Snickers. You need to know the truth. And the truth is, it’s up to YOU how your skin looks and feels.

There is zero judgment here. I’m the last person who should be judging anyway. I spent years never touching lotion to my skin. I spent years caring more about getting high than being radiant, and barely took a shower or brushed my teeth. So for me now, skincare is hella important. I am a bimbo slut, and that means I prioritize looking and feeling sexy, and smooth when Daddy touches me. But it’s up to me.

He might like smooth skin, but if I don’t take care of my skin then he won’t want to touch it. He can always choose to find some other slut who WILL take care of herself the way he likes. Every person has the right to be around someone who takes care of them.

But Beware, Some People Make Poor Choices ‘Cause Of ‘Resistance!’

Resistance is what you’re fighting against. It’s what you’re in denial of. It’s what you desperately seek to avoid happening. You might say but slut --err Cyn-- “I love myself and I want smooth, clear skin... I’m definitely not resisting it! I’m working on it daily!” Ok, then what are your results? Are you making significant progress? Do you HAVE the kind of skin that you want? No? Then you’re holding some kind of resistance because the resistance-free passionate pursuit of what we want always brings progress. Whether it’s learning a new language, getting that dream career, or blooming into that skin glow-up.

So with minimal progress, you have to look within for resistance. You have to be more self-aware, to FEEL what it is that you’re resisting. It can be ‘getting attention, getting ‘looked at’, being ‘hit on more often’ or something else that may be bothering you deep inside.

My resistence list.JPG

Resistance list 2.JPG

I had resistance to losing weight because I thought ‘my skin would sag and wrinkle.’ So I stayed fat. Ugh. It’s annoying, but it’s what I was resisting for so long, and it kept my body fat longer than I wanted to be.

It may not be clear, smooth skin that you’re feeling resistant about. It can be some other topic that’s vaguely related like “Oh, I’ll have to buy new clothes and I can’t afford them so I’ll stay fat instead.” As I said, everything is connected like a web. Only you know what your resistance is. I can help you figure it out but ultimately only you know. And once you admit it, you can let go of the resistance and watch your skin transform and glow.

Be A Radiant Light In The World.

I’m sure you’ll agree that the last few years have been weird for everyone. We’re spending more time online, more time at home, and more time alone. There’s been a lot of hate, hardships, and unhappiness in the world. Do you want to add to that or do you want to be a soothing soul for those in this world that you interact with?

Personally, I want to be a light that shines so bright that people gotta get their sunglasses just to look at me. I aim to be a radiant light that helps people in any way that I can. That doesn’t mean you have to write long-ass guides like this, but it does mean you might want to think about the kind of person you want to be.

Do you want to spread hate, jealousy, and a bad attitude? Or do you want to spread love, happiness, and kindness? It’s up to you. I don’t judge either way but if you want to spread hate then we can’t be friends, and I don’t expect you’ll achieve your skin goals until you change. (But I’ll still love you and send lots of positivity to you behind your back lol.)

What Kind Of Woman Do You Wanna Be?

So if you’ve decided you want to be a loving, kind, light-bearing kind of woman then we can be best friends. Because that’s who I am.

A lot of women may not like that I call myself a ‘slut’ or that I love being slutty (with just one!) but that ‘judginess’ is on them, and I’m ok with that. I’m still going to be loving and kind to all. I’ve learned a hard lesson about being judgmental in the last few months. It’s just not worth it. And it’s not just the physical issues that happened but the emotional ones too. Being hateful FEELS bad.

Jay is always preaching to feel good and feel happy and do what I love. Feeling bad is not on that list. And even if in my moments of “haha bitch, you got what you deserved” one second after, I feel bad. For the target of my judgment, and for myself. I don’t want people to take joy in my pain, that’s mean. And I don’t want to take joy in other’s pain, either. So now I choose not to.

A long time ago I decided on the kind of woman I wanted to be. I thought it was a dream for many years. ‘Oh I can’t be that kind of woman, I’m a bitch.’

Well, those are others’ opinions of me that I let become my own. Yeah, I could be mean and cruel, but as I said, that feels bad. Do you know what feels good? To be soft, feminine, happy, kind, generous, affectionate, nurturing, loving, sweet, gentle….these are the traits I want to have.

How can we become the woman we want to be? By just doing it. Making the changes NOW.
I decided who I wanted to become and did it.

  • I wanted to be slutty for one person. So I did.
  • I wanted to wear red lipstick and make-up. So I did.
  • I wanted to show off my body more. So I did.
  • I wanted to be gentle and kind. So I did.
  • I wanted to show off. So I did.
  • I wanted smooth skin. So I found what worked for others and did it.

And it was easy and fast for me because it was a deep desire of mine, and because I aligned my beliefs, moods, and choices to become her. Once you decide then it happens easily and quickly. ‘Deciding’ is a deeper topic that I could write tons about but I will end this part with this: Decide who you want to be and take the steps to be her.

"Wait this is the end of part 2?

What about your skin now? What about pores, cellulite, and wrinkles? What about smoking weed? (What!? weed and skincare?)

What happens to the slut's skin???"

"Oh, did you want to know how it ends? Did you want to see my photos to see if I was able to heal myself?"

Part THREE - The Final Chapter!
