I can try to help others as much as I am able. I hope I am able to “rise to the occasion” when I have to because the world is getting very scary to me now. I would like not to be so isolated as much as I am, but that is very hard to conquer.
I guess I don’t have a very brilliant response to your question and I hope others can do better. I imagine I will just carry on as I am, and hope to have the best physical health .
