It depends on how much beer you have I guess. Studies have shown that in moderation, beer can actually have some benefits. Thanks for commenting.

It also has to depend on; "what amount you consume", life is all about balance, therefore by extension also your diet.
Beer is quite tasty and has good effects on you, like wine. No idea why you wrote that it's "harmful", quite silly, as sugar is much more harmful over the long term than most alcoholic beverages.
