First part -{Expiration dates}
-For people who has at the very least a few knowledge on fermentation it takes time.
For some reason people mistake beer and other beverages that were fermented in terms of expiration dates such example is
-RED HORSE BEER
This beverage{beer} is commonly found in the Philippines which is aged from 2-months for the ones to be canned and up to 4-6 months for the strong alcoholic type in bottles.
HOWEVER
The shelf life is only about a year, some may argue its fine until they compare to wine which some famouse one's like the
-This here is aged for 12 years
as stated in the box but it only has a shelf life of 4-years which makes you wonder what does happen when the beverage passes the safe to drink mark?
Like all foods when it reaches the expiration date it starts to develop
-In terms of development stuff can change like the
- {TASTE!}
- {TEXTURE!}
- {AROMA!}
- {FIZZYNESS!}
- Nutrition value
And some other s*** effect which an be caused by the micro organisms inside like yeast,mold,bacteria and more.
Just remember that if a food is given a manufacturing date and expiration date it can also be labeled as
