みなさん、こんばんわ＾＾
北海道でも私が住んでいる街は、例年お盆が過ぎると夏が終わると言われてまして。「あついー、あついー」と言っていたのも、一週間?１０日?と、あっという間でした。
ここ数日は、雨の日が多く、同僚とも もう夏は終わりだねーと話しています。
私が住んでいる街は、イカが名物です。観光客の皆さんも、イカ刺しを目当てに、いらっしゃいます。
なので、イカがとても身近な食べ物なんですけど、ここ最近は不漁が続いていまして、価格も高騰しています。
昔は、食べきれないほどイカ刺しを山盛りにして食卓に並んでいたのでけど。
雨が降って外出がおっくうな今日は、頂きもののイカをさばいて、イカ刺し。と、庭で採れた「曲がったきゅうり」と「不揃いのミニトマト」で食事。ホント、切っただけの料理です。
昨日今日に採れた食材を、切っただけの食事は最高でした。
