That photo was taken exactly 10 minutes after transferring the beer from the fermenter into the keg. Perfect carbonation, some very fine foaming. Fresh hops aroma.
In comparison, if I Bottle this beer, it will need at least 2 weeks to be fine for drinking.
The foam I see like fine cream! Brilliant!
Only if I had some more kegs. Now I have three with 20 liters capacity each, and one is filled with a sour ale, which is waiting its time to come. I think to bring it for the Bulgarian National homebrewers competition, held each year in April. But there is time to consider this.
Now I’ll enjoy my fresh pale ale.

Inspiring. Been bottling for a long time and would love to start kegging soon. Bottling is so much waiting! You’d think if i brewed awhile now, I would have more patience!
