Welcome to Beer Tuesday. It doesn't rhyme or have much ti do with Tuesday. Well we made it through Monday, Tuesday is a little bit better. 1 day til humpday and 3 days til Friday (payday for some).
With that in mind....might as well celebrate some.
This selection is from a local company ftom Waynesville BOOJUM Brewing Company
Hounds of Helles Munich Style Lager: 5.5% alcohol, 12 ounce can, turtle safe 6 pack (good for the environment) with a snazzy label showing big foot in a tree with some hounds in a hop field.
Label says "You've sniffed out our light and refreshing Munich style lager. Prized for its malt backbone, easy drinkability and crisp finish, just what you've been looking for".
It is a bit breadier than some beers but is light just like the label says. It has a crisp taste, is sweet but not overly and is pleasant to drink. The lower alcohol content makes it easy to drink without fallibg over.
Beer Advocate a beer authority scores Hounds of Helles 4.03 out of 5. Which qualifies it as exceptional.

Time for a Blackbeard quote "A good dream is better than a shitty reality".
You tipping that beer so @summertooth can drink it? 🤣😂
But what score do you give the beer?!!!
That beer guy gives it a 4.03.
By @naltedtirt scale it gets a 4.25 moving it from exceptional to Outstanding.
That sounds like a great beer to try! I love the move to cans for quality brews as well. It’s definitely one that would call out to me from the shelf. And to get that high of a beer advocate score it must be good. Thanks for showcasing a new beer for me to scout out. Haha
If there is a particular one you want to try, let me know and I will try to get you a sample. I will have more interesting beers coming up.
