The beer we are sampling tonight is called Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA.
The first sip has a strong pitbull-jaw hops bitterness that stands out.
Each sip is consistent. A light floral hops scent/flavor passes the batton to bitter hops racing down my throat.
If I remember correctly brewing with hops early in the brew process and inserting it later on the brew gives the drink bitterness.
Each sip until the end is consistently bitter with a respectible bite. This tasting leaves me wondering what This brew will be like tomorrow when my taste receptors are used to the bitter flavor.
Never heard of this type, great post!
I love a drink with a nice bite.
I may have a taste of it.
Is this a kind of beer?
Look so delicious
I'll keep an eye out for this one! Thanks for the review.
